Right to withdraw data protection consent

Personal data are only collected and processed with your explicit consent. A consent already granted can be revoked at any time. For revocation an informal notification by e-mail is sufficient. The legality of data processed until revocation shall remain unaffected by revocation.

Right to appeal with the responsible regulatory authority

As a concerned party, you are, in case of non-compliance with the protection of personal data, granted a right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority. Responsible supervisory authority relating to questions of data protection is the privacy and data protection representative of the federal state in which our company is located. Right to data portability

You shall have the right to receive data processed automatically on basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract or to transmit those data to third parties in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format. You shall have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.

Right of access, rectification, blocking, erasure

Personal data submitted via the contact form remain with us until you request their erasure, revoke your consent for storage or if the necessity of data storage no longer exists. Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

IP anonymization

We are using Google Analytics in combination with the IP anonymizer function. By means of this application it is guaranteed that your IP address is abridged by Google when accessing our websites from a Member State of the European Union or another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the United States. In exceptional cases, Google might transmit the complete IP address to a server in the United States where it is then abridged. For the complete fulfilment of legal data protection requirements, we have concluded a contract with Google on data processing.

Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics

Our website uses the Google Analytics function “demographic characteristics” in order to create reports containing information about the age, gender and interests of the website visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising of Google and the visitor data of third-party providers. It is not possible to relate the data to one particular person. This function can be deactivated at any time via the display settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting the collection of your data by Google Analytics as explained in point “Opposition against data collection”.
